Just diverted into Bilings, Montana an my flight from Seattle to Atlanta. Older gent in the back having what seems to be a fairly serious medical issue. He appeared to be unresponsive. Fingers crossed for him and his family. The crew acted like champs and three medical professionals steped up to assist. Kids, if you or your family members are going to fly make sure they are up for it. Also, as always, give them a hug and tell them you love them when they go.

You sir, always have interesting flight stories.
Edit: Looks like you'll be off fairly soon. Thoughts to the gentleman with the medical issues.

I get around a bit. They just told us we made an overweight landing so they have to inspect the aircraft and let the brakes cool. Good times.

I believe it. 1:28 into a XC on a 753, doubt it burned much fuel.

first time in a long time that I've seen the fuselage flex on landing. 753s are fun. They said the cargo hold was full before takeoff. We were heavy leaving Seattle.

this happened to me before. Someone was having a seizure. My aunts an RN so she went back to help until we landed which was at an airforce base. We had to wait for a fleet of f-16's to take off before we could. that part was kinda AWESOME.

Delta 757 early out of Seattle? My wife was on that flight. She was saying the Billings folks didn't really know what to do with a 757.

That was us. Yeah, big airplane unexpectedly lands at a small airport. I think the ground and in flight crew actually did a good job considering the circumstance. It took the maintenance guys a long time to do the overweight landing inspection, but once again, they were working on a plane they rarely, if ever see, so I would rather they take their time than miss something.
